Says right in the first part of the article it is for a cancer patient role for a movie, which common sense should tell you would include the covering up of all his tattoos. Very common in movies, you have heard of make up right?

Read the article!!!! He did this for a movie role. His role in the movie is a cancer patient. If you were being paid as much as he is, you would lose the weight. Yes, he looks sick, looks like a crack attack, but that’s the point. No one would believe he had cancer if he was still a size 38 and ripped.
